Despite consuming 3/4 of a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos earlier this week (that was a fun dinner!) I still managed to lose a pound this week.
Unfortunately, that brings me back to my starting weight of 157.

I did it! I actually FOLLOWED the plan and the plan worked. I journaled ALL my food and got in 5 fruit and vegetable servings every day. I limited my dessert/candy/sugar intake. I even managed a (small) workout or two.
