I feel like I’m floundering in my own little corner of the blog world.
I haven’t been very interested in posting lately.  I am hitting “Mark as Read” in my Google Reader more often than I want.  I have officially become a lurker.

Not what I expected

One week with no blogging, Twittering, or Facebooking and very limited e-mailing is not at all what I expected.
I thought I would have more free time.
I thought I would have my to-do list knocked at by noon.
I thought I would exercise every day.
I thought I would get through at least one book.

That crazy internet addiction is rearing it’s ugly head again!
I had every intention of participating in TV Turnoff Week in September by turning off my computer for a whole week, but I guess I was too busy playing online solitaire to actually put it on my blogging calendar.

A few choice comments…a few things learned

This past weekend, we made the 11+ hour trip from Home Sweet Home to Dave’s folks in Illinois.  Round trip, we are looking at nearly 24 hours of the 4 of us either in a car, in a rest stop, or in a restaurant.
