So, I’ve never been able to do a “real” push up. I can eek out some “girl” pushups, but I’ve never been strong enough to do true to form, on my toes push ups.
Hopefully, all that’s about to change. I heard about the 100 Push Ups Challenge from Workout Mommy and I am going to start tomorrow.
I figure even if I can only do 10 by the end of the challenge (hopefully it’ll be more), it’s 10 more than I can do now so anything is an improvement.
I might even try to come up with something I can put in my sidebar so you can follow along. ‘Cause that’s what it’s all about right?
