Smart Habit Saturday

While I didn’t work out on 5 days, I did work out on average of 3 days at 30 minutes…which I consider a success! I didn’t work out at all the week before that so 3 days is definitely more than no days.

I’m going to have to get creative with my time to get it all in this week. We leave on Saturday morning for the cruise so I’m going to be spending the lion’s share of this week packing and getting ready and grocery shopping for the grandparents and all that kind of fun administrative stuff.

I’m not even going to start thinking of exercising on the cruise. How and when will be an issue. But I need to do it. That’s all I know!

May Habit = Exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week
April Habit = Follow Cleaning Schedule
March Habit = Follow Cleaning Schedule
February Habit = Reduced Personal Computer Time
January Habit = Cut back on kids TV and computer time

  2. My SIL has went on 2 cruises now & said exercising is NOT an issue. You walk everywhere, plus you can swim & there is usually a workout room.

    Have fun & think of how great you look! :)

  3. I’m starting a new habit, too, with my prenatal workout! My goal is every other day. I think I can do it!
