Fitness Challenge Roundup
Today was the last day of the 10-week fitness challenge hosted by Beth at Mom To 2 Vikings. I had originally committed myself to 120 hours a week for a total of 1200 hours of workout time, but before the challenge ever started, I upped my pledge to 140 hours a week for a total of 1400 hours of workout time.
While I didn’t always do 140 hours a week, I was able to play catch up a couple of different weeks (shoveling for 2+ hours because of the blizzard sure didn’t hurt), I met my goal today! Doing a combination of tapes, the treadmill, the stationary bike, and weight training…and shoveling, I exercised for 1400 minutes over the past 10 weeks.
And I think this might be the first fitness challenge I’ve ever completed! Yay, me!!

I hope you meant 120/140 minutes and not 140 hours. You’d have to workout round the clock to get 140 hours of workout in a week.
At any rate, great job meeting your goal!
Congrats! You did great! Thanks for joining us.
