What goes up…

…must come down, right?? Please tell me I’m right.

Here’s how I’m doing with my weight loss/maintenance…

Daily intake of fruits/veggies: 1 a day if I’m lucky
Daily exercise: I am currently more than 150 minutes behind on my challenge goal.
What else I’m eating: donuts, cookies, and those dang pretzels and peanut butter
The result: Back to where I promised myself I would never be again.

Motivation is low folks, I need help…

  1. That photo is just too funny! Get those donuts and cookies OUTTA THERE! :-D

    Do you like fruit juices? The V-8 fusion stuff is 100% juice and has a couple servings of fruits and veggies. I get the lite peach and mango. My kids love the tropical orange and a couple others of the regular. I also like the low sodium tomato juice.

  2. I had to throw away three jars of peanut butter. Honestly. If my husband finds out about all the crap I have trashed, I’ll be in trouble. I threw out the box of donuts, $40 worth of chocolates, unopened zone bar boxes, two bags of Newman’s cookies. Then I went out and bought fruit and veggies.

    It’s ok to trash the crap, just do it for you and pretend that they already ate it all.

  4. I weigh in tomorrow morning…I’m sure I will post it later in the day. Keep up the work…it will be worth it for all of us.

    Start again.

    It’s not easy, but it’s easier to lose 5 pounds than 10.
