Talk About Tuesday

We moved into this house 6 years ago this month. When we moved in, we had a hideously ugly foyer light (that only had one working bulb) and ceiling fan that was here from when the house was built in 1984.

But not no more.

That sounds so much better in my head.

Anyway, we finally got the fixtures replaced to something we (gasp) both agreed on. And it only took 6 years.

    It’s amazing how little things like that can make a house so much better, even after years. I still haven’t replaced the light on our front porch and it has bugged me forever. maybe I will let your post inspire to run to Menards tomorrow.

    I went through our house after we moved in and changed out ALL the lightbulbs to some new ones that produced more sunlight, so to speak, in their beam. Our house is so much brighter, however I think I needed a loan beacause bulbs cost so darn much! New lighting is such a great thing. Happy for you!
