Fresh air

tulips.jpgYesterday, it was 57 degrees. Today is supposed to be a high of 67 degrees. I feel a long walk coming on…OUTSIDE! Heck, we may even go to the park. But even if all we do is go to the backyard, at least we will be OUTSIDE! I might even see colored sidewalk chalk in our immediate future. And bubbles…lots and lots of bubbles. OUTSIDE!

I’ve never been a big fan of winter. I don’t like the grey. I don’t like the cold. I don’t like the wind. I don’t like the snow. I don’t like the extra layers of clothes. I’m ready for this winter to be over.

Bring on spring. I’m definitely ready.

And if the hand prints and nose prints left by little faces being pressed up against the windows are any indication, I think the kids are, too.

    Ooh, I hope you enjoy the nice weather outside! It’s a bit warmer here, but rainy - and still gray… My kids are counting down the days until spring!
