A few weeks back, I very quickly touched on the fact that I thought I had broken my foot. I kicked a basket out of frustration (another proud parenting moment, thank you very much) and immediately regretted it. I went in for x-rays and waited to hear from the doctor. When I never heard anything, I figured no news was good news.
And I was right. I got a letter in the mail on Saturday from my doctor, letting me know that the x-rays looked normal and my foot wasn’t broken.
The x-rays were taken on January 15th. The letter came February 9th. How’s that for emergency medicine? LOL!

Too funny! I guess you would have had to go back and insist if it had really been broken!
At least the letter didn’t say it was broken and probably already healed incorrectly needing to be rebroken and set.
I’m glad to hear you are ok.
Funny! Good thing nothing serious was wrong with you!
I hope it feels alright now. I had xrays once that showed my wrist was just fine, however over the course of the next few weeks one of the bones worked its way out of place. So, if it still hurts get it checked out again – you never know.
Good for you.

I’m inviting you over to my new mom blog to list your blog on my directory. We have contests and giveaways as well so check it out!

Ha too funny! Hopefully that won’t mess with your insurance company paying for it!
That’s funny! I’ve never gotten a letter before. I just never hear from them again.
Oh my gosh – like a phone call would be too much trouble? It actually would have taken less time to dictate the letter, have someone type it and then mail it.
Glad your foot is ok.
