My whole life this week has been consumed by entering contests. Lots and lots of contests, thanks to Shannon at Bloggy Reviews. I made it throught the first 700 contests, and here are the ones that I entered…

  1. Homeschool books (no, I don’t homeschool, but Jake loves activity books)
  2. At least 3 Target Gift Cards
  3. Books - Just Tell Me What to Say, a Lisa Bearnson book, The Notebook (twice), The Dead Don’t Dance
  4. Walmart Gift Card
  5. At least 8 Amazon.com Gift Cards
  6. Magazine Subscriptions - Real Simple and Family Fun
  7. Kroger Gift Card
  8. JumpStart Grade 1 Software (entered 2 different contests)
  9. 2 seperate scrapbooking kits
  10. Home Depot Gift Card
  11. At least 5 Starbucks Gift Cards
  12. A T-shirt from Cafe Press about moms being referees
  13. At least 2 Barnes and Noble Gift Cards

    Glad to see I’m not the only one it consumed. :) It even kept me up past 10:00 the other night. I’m NEVER awake past 10. But I’m paying for it now. :)

    I really like the Jump Start computer games. The kids learned a lot without suffering at all. They considered it a treat.

    Did you actually get all of those things or just enter contests? I did a little of that this week, signing up for a survey thing, then I found out that completing every survey requires that you sign up for something.

    As for your drama…I have a 14 year old girl and as I pointed out in a blog this week:

    Isn’t teaching drama to 14 year old girls kind of redundant?
