LW 08 – Week 19

I’m up 3 pounds this week, but I’m not buying it.  I would really have to TRY to gain weight if I were to go up that much purely based on eating so something else is going on with my body.  I’m not too upset about it, but we’ll see how next week goes…

Winning Outcome for Lose Weight in 2008 Challenge
“I will to maintain my weight between 154 lbs and 157 lbs throughout this challenge. I will increase weight training to 2 times a week. I will continue to do cardio work for 3 or 4 days a week. I will walk between 8,000 and 10,000 steps a day EVERY DAY.”

  2. Interesting. Thanks for the perspective today.
    I gained more this week than I have in any 3 weeks, so I was a little baffled by my weight gain.

    Thanks for the good reminder that my body is an ever-changing mystery.

  4. You’re so right about 3 pounds in a week – you’d nearly have to “try” to gain weight to achieve that.

    Hopefully, next week will balance back out.
