There are days where I feel everything about me is random…
1. I wear 3 pieces of jewelry (for the most part…special occasions don’t count) all purchased by Dave, given to me at different stages of our relationship. I wear a Claddagh on the ring finger of my right hand (a gift when we were dating), my engagement and wedding rings on my left, and a Loving Family necklace with 2 adults hugging 2 kids that forms a heart.
2. I got my ears pierced when I was 16 and they messed up. I only feel comfortable wearing hoops or French Hook style earrings.
3. I used to shave the back of my head when I was in high school. ‘Cause, you know, I was cool and stuff.
4. The longest flight I’ve ever been on was Chicago O’Hare airport to Tokyo Narita airport. I think it was 12+ hours.
5. I currently have (or share) subscriptions to 6 magazines (Reader’s Digest, Entertainment Weekly, Parents, Weight Watchers, Fitness, and Simple Scrapbooks)
6. I have never met a flavor of tea I liked.
7. The show I’m in right now (Children of Eden) has me singing at least some part of 18 songs.

I got my ears pierced in middle school. They closed up and I had them redone in college (by a nurse using IV catheters). I do not ear earrings now. I’m pretty sure I could force them in, but they are, for all practical purposes, closed up.

Thanks for the tag! I’ll work on it as soon as I get caught up on all of my blog reading (sigh). Only 340 left to go… LOL
My pierced ears got messed up the first time too - when I was in 5th grade. We had to let them close up and had them redone almost a year later. It turned out that I’m allergic to all of the ‘cheap’ metals, so my collection of earrings that I can wear is pretty slim.
